Hybrid / Coach
How it works

Five moves to your first hard session.

There is no onboarding wizard in five acts. You answer the same questions a real coach would — and get a real periodized plan. Then the coach stays on-call.

Read the walk-through
  1. 01

    Intake in under five minutes.

You answer twelve questions. Goal, race date, current running volume, current lifting, injuries, schedule, training days, gear, environment.

Nothing fancier than a form — but the questions are the ones a real coach would ask on day one. Your answers become the spine of your plan.

    12 QUESTIONS
  2. 02

    Plan drafted in chat.

Your first plan arrives in a conversation. You see the phases, the weekly structure, the totals. Ask questions. Push back. Refine.

The coach thinks out loud — why base is 6 weeks, why you only lift three times, why Tuesday is a threshold day and not Wednesday. Then you approve.

  3. 03

    Every week, laid out.

Your plan view shows the whole arc — base, build, peak, taper — with every session, every set, every target heart rate zone.

Scroll the full block, however long it runs. Tap a session for the detail and the rationale. Complete a session — the plan remembers. Skip one — the plan adapts.

  4. 04

    Chat adapts daily.

Something changed? Talk to it. “I’m sore from yesterday.” “Can we swap Thursday and Saturday?” “Why are my paces getting faster at the same HR?”

The coach sees your plan, your last four weeks of activities, your training history. It doesn’t hand you a template. It rewrites your week.

    24 / 7 ON-CALL
  5. 05

    Garmin in the loop.

Link your Garmin and every activity syncs. The coach sees your actual pace, HR, duration, power — not what you meant to do.

That data flows into the next plan revision. A missed session is quietly recovered. A crushed interval is quietly banked.
