Q / 01 Can I try before I pay? +
Yes. Early-access accounts are free while we finish the core experience. You get the full intake, plan, and chat — everything. We’ll tell you clearly before we ever ask for a card.

Q / 02 Do I need a Garmin? +
No. You can log sessions manually or via CSV import. Garmin, Strava, and Apple Watch integrations are on the near-term roadmap and make the coach better the more it sees.

Q / 03 What if I’m only a runner (or only a lifter)? +
You can still use Hybrid Coach. The plans scale — a runner who lifts twice a week and a lifter who runs twice a week are both hybrid athletes by our definition. The coach respects your priorities.

Q / 04 How does it differ from an AI chatbot with a fitness prompt? +
It holds your actual plan in memory, sees your last four weeks of training, and cites the science for its recommendations. A generic chatbot answers the question you asked. This one answers the question behind it — what you actually need to do next, in your plan.

Yes. No contracts. Export your training data at any time.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your data. Your training is yours. We keep it encrypted at rest and in transit.
